This is my original Horror Poster. Every image and effect has been done primary.

I asked my fellow students if i could take a picture of their hands/arm, stretched out with they hands shaped like claws. Uploading them on Photoshop, i edited and made it look like the other horror poster image that i had taken from Google images.

Taking a plain piece of paper i draw a broken glass so i could use in my poster where the creepy face is in the middle.

For the finishing touch, i added the title, director, editor etc to make it look more as a movie cover poster.

Comment

The thing i like about this is the fact that its all been done Primary other then Secondary.

Development

To develop my poster i could have edited better so it looks more perceptional.

This is my second Horror poster Portrait of my own to see how I do with creating a low-key lighting image by using 3 point lighting technic. For this picture to look scary and horrifying I used my own costume, hair and make-up. I let my hair down due to the fact that in all horror movies the antagonist always have they hair down and let loose to create more of a thriller face. On my eye’s I put on bright green contacts on my left eye and I put on royal blur spiked with black tips on the right eye, to make the eyes standout and look weird to create a more spooky and shocking look to it. For my face I create these blooded, peeled skin effect to make it realistic as well as show that the antagonist/girl is turned into something else, which gives the viewers a sence of fear which is what im going for due to the fact that in the horror genre it often concentrates on the audiences hidden fears and nightmares. After taking pictures in my Samsung camera, I uploaded them on the computer and then edited them on Photoshop.

I also copy and pasted an image from Google images to create that special effect, to make my poster more unique and different.

Then i added the title/heading, director, editor etc to make it seem more of a film/movie poster.
